Scripture contains God’s full revelation for mankind. From Genesis to Revelation, God perfectly reveals the past, present, and future. One of the most breathtaking revelations of Scripture is the promised coming of Jesus in the climax of history. God painstakingly reveals to us what has, is, and will come to pass so no man may have excuse, the end is near.
So many are stumbling into the abyss, ignorantly unaware of the death and destruction that awaits. Jesus will come as He promised, the only question is… will you meet Him as a loving, compassionate, merciful Lord, or will His wrath destroy you as you are cast in to the lake of fire where all unsaved sinners are doomed to spend eternity?
Jesus reminds us though He is coming again, no man knows the day or hour: “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” (Matthew 24:36 ESV). He does however give us crystal clear signs to expect. One or two of these signs alone could be dismissed as coincidence, speaking of any time in history. All the signs together culminate to mark this time as the only period in history where we find full fulfillment of God’s divine revelation.
In this moment, may God speak to your heart and may you know that through Jesus Christ alone you can find peace, life, and salvation:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 ESV)
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36 ESV)
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6 ESV)
May His love compel you to cry out, the time is near and only those covered by His blood will escape the wrath to come in this life and the next “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” (Luke 21:36 KJV).
Scripture contains so many specific references to the end of days that it would be mathematically impossible for the revelation to be an educated guess. Though many have and will, may you not be found in the scoffers camp, they will find only destruction. Indeed Scripture foretold of their hard hearts. In this message we will consider the promises near the end of days concerning: the condition of the world, the condition of man, the condition of the church, and the climate of death, destruction, and rebellion.
As we continue, if you are skeptical, remember God knew you would be: They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.” (2 Peter 3:4 KJV) – but remember, His love is higher than the heavens and He desperately seeks that every heart would turn in surrender to His great grace. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. (2 Peter 3:9 KJV).

As you consider God’s Word in light of the darkness that now finds itself totally ingrained in society all across the face of the planet, the question remains: are you ready? Jesus made a promise to every Christian of all time: He is coming back for us, “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” (John 14:3 KJV). The signs of His coming are all plainly apparent even for the most novice Christian. Soon, the in the twinkling of an eye, Jesus Christ will return for His bride, the trump will sound, and those who have surrendered to His grace will be with Him forever…
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:16, 17 KJV)
It isn’t to late. Jesus is calling out to you now. His love is absolute, there is no sin to big, there is no life to small, He died so you can be forgiven and free. The darkness will only grow and soon the whole world will cry out at His coming… will you deny Him and the amazing grace He freely gives to all those who fear Him? Jesus calls out to you…
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 KJV).
